Not much is known about the creature calling itself Jason Greene. It apparently has some association with the Cordano Crime Syndicate(since there have been multiple strikes made against the group by the creature).
Our intel says that Jason Greene is the person responsible for gathering the street gangs under one banner while inserting himself as their leader. The local thugs are under the impression that he is an ancient deity who will return us to “our roots”.
Whether he is or not, he certainly isn’t dissuading them from believing so. He wields the power as if he believes it himself.
